This super simple, but oh so delicious Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding is the perfect breakfast or dessert to celebrate Mother's Day! Every bite is soft, custardy, subtly hinted with vanilla and cinnamon, and LOADED with chocolate chips.

Heat oven to 350° F. Spray 11" round or 8"x12" casserole with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, milk, cream, and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes and chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until custard is set. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
