Instructions Pie Heat oven to 375 °F. In a large bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, and cranberries. Toss gently to mix. Pour into prepared pie crust. Crumble In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut butter in with a pastry blender or fork. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake for 50 minutes. Cover with foil. Bake for an additional 50 minutes, or until done.
