What you need

granulated sugar

brown egg

cup milk

cup unsalted butter

oz challah roll

tsp ground cinnamon

cup heavy cream

oz chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Heat oven to 350° F. Spray 11" round or 8"x12" casserole with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, milk, cream, and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes and chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until custard is set. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.View original recipe
