What you need

tsp ground cinnamon

cup all purpose flour

cup salted butter
tbsp light-brown sugar

egg

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
cup sour cream
Instructions
Streusel In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Use a pastry blender or a fork to cut in butter. Set aside. Muffins Heat oven to 350° F. Line a muffin tin with baking cups, or spray with baking spray. Set aside. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside. With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Stir in sour cream. Mix in flour mixture. Place 1 ½ Tablespoons batter in the bottom of each muffin cup. Top with ½ Tablespoon streusel. Add another 1 ½ Tablespoons batter to each muffin. Top with ½ Tablespoon streusel. Bake 20-25 minutes, until muffins are lightly browned and test done.View original recipe
