tsp salt

cup granulated sugar

cup milk

cup powdered sugar

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking powder
cup vegetable oil

cup strawberry

tbsp strawberry cake mix

tsp vanilla extract

Instructions Bread Heat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 9 inch loaf pan with baking spray. Set aside. In a medium bowl, toss strawberries with 2 Tablespoons flour. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Fold in strawberry mixture. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cover with foil. Continue baking for an additional 35 minutes, or until done. Allow to cool to touchable temperature in pan, about 25-30 minutes. Turn out onto cooling rack.
