whipped cream

cup all purpose flour

tbsp cane sugar

tbsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup strawberry

cup powdered sugar

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Scones Heat oven to 375° F. Line 2 sheets pans with parchment paper. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together cream and honey. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add wet ingredients. Stir just until mixed. Fold in strawberries. Turn out onto a floured surface. Pat or roll dough into a circle that is 3/4" thick. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on prepared sheet pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
