What you need
cup cornstarch
tbsp lemon

cup salted butter

cup all purpose flour

tsp ground cinnamon

cup sugar

cup rolled oats

lb strawberry
cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
Heat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9-inch round casserole with cooking spray. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Set aside. In a large bowl, gently mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. Top with oat mixture.
