What you need

cup cane sugar
tbsp light-brown sugar
brown egg

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour
tsp baking powder

cup milk

cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with baking cups or spray with cooking spray. Whisk flour and baking powder together. Set aside. With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugars, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing only to blend. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes, until golden brown.View original recipe
