Instructions Cupcakes Heat oven to 350 °F. Line cupcake tins with paper liners or spray with nonstick baking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together flour, ground cereal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Divide batter into prepared pans, filling each cup ⅔ full. Bake for 18 minutes, or until done. Frosting With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
